to our darling baby angel who's living up above, we dedicate this to your memory and we are sending it with all our love.
so let us start by saying that you are greatly missed, although your life was brief you filled our hearts with bliss. You lived for nine whole weeks inside mummy's womb, then, you were gone, no reason to be given, now we ask why?, what went wrong? silent grieving still goes on wee angel, silent grieving of such a precious wee soul, our hearts have been broken and will never be a whole, as part of us was taken on that sad April day, as tears of sorrow filled our hearts cause you had gone away. we had so many hopes for you and dreams for you to share, we longed to cradle you in our arms and welcome you to our own wee family gaberile, but god thought you were to precious to share. we never had the privilege of kissing your beautiful face for you left our lives so suddenly and can never be replaced. there wont ever be a time we wont think of you and think of what wonderful parents you would have had too. the love we have for you now can never be replaced. no one seems to no the reason that we cry, for we have lost a baby who didn't need to die. the empty void within our hearts lives with us each day and we will never have the answer as to why you went away.

I went to be with Jesus,
Straight from my mommy's womb.
Thank-you for the life you gave me,
it was brief but I don't complain;
I have all of Heaven's glories,
Will suffer none of the earthly pain.
Daddy gave me something for you,
It's our secret, Mommy dear,
He pressed it tight against my forhead,
and he whispered in my tiny ear.
I'll be waiting for you, Mommy,
For You and Daddy both.
I'll be with you forever,
Then I'll give you Daddy's kiss
You're A Special Little Spirit
'You're a Special Little Spirit,' the all great Master said,
As he gently caressed the curly blond hair of the Little Spirit's Head.
'you need to go to Earth to spend some time, you know,
A place I send most Spirits to be tested, to learn, to grow.
The Little Spirit, in sadness, slowly bowed her head,
And from her eye a tear did steal and down her cheek it shed.
'Don't you fret now little one, I won't let you stay too long,
I'll bring you back to help me here, You'll hardly know you've been gone.
You're my choicest Little Spirit, you're the apple of my eye.'
And he wiped the tear and gently kissed His Little Spirit good-bye.
'I'm back,' the Little Spirit whispered, as she climbed onto her Master's knee,
And the Master said, 'I told you, you would not be long away from me.'
And then, the Lord, He noticed still another tear welled in her eye.
'Why are you so sad, Little Spirit, whatever should make you cry?'
'I'm glad I'm back,' the Spirit said, 'but Master you must surely know,
When your angel came to get me, I didn't want to go.
I know you said you needed me and that I'd be gone the shortest while,
But Lord, couldn't I have had a little longer earthly trial?'
The Master let the Little Spirit slip down from His knee,
He firmly took the little hand and said,'Come walk with me.'
The Little Spirit and her Lord walked slowly hand in hand,
As the Master explained Her special part in the great and marvelous plan.
'Now Lord, I don't mean to argue, I understand you need me home.
But I left in such a hurry, I left everyone hurting and so alone.
I didn't let my earthly parents know how much I loved them so.
I was much too small to tell them, Lord, how will they ever know?
They feel they've been cheated, and in a way so do I.
Not getting to share any more than we did, how can I ever tell them why?'
'Little Spirit, I know your heart is heavy with the message you need to share.
But you need not worry anymore, I'll watch over your loved ones there.
I'll send them loving comfort as a strong and helping hand.
I'll content and give peace to their aching hearts, so they will understand.
The Little Spirit looked up at her Master and said 'Thank you for explaining it to me.
And could you please tell them I'm safe and happy and that someday they'll be here with me.'
'Yes,' said the Lord with a smile and a nod, 'I'll tell them all that I can.'
Then the others came to see the Little Spirit, as the Lord let go of her hand.
He said, 'I'll tell them you're pure, as pure as Heaven's Gold,
That I needed the warmth of your perfect soul to keep Heaven from getting cold.'

When your thoughts have turned to me.
Just know that I’m in heaven,
With my Lord, who’s set me free.
No pain or sadness do I feel,
For God is by my side.
The beauty here in Heaven
Is now where I reside.
I know it’s hard for you to cope
For you can’t feel my touch.
But every moment, I can see
And love you very much.
When you are at your lowest
And feel you can’t go on,
Look towards the heavens
The light will be turned on.
Talk to me, just like you did
On earth when I was there.
You see, I’m not so far away …
Only as far as a prayer.
And when it’s time for you to join
Me up in Heaven above.
It’s then that you will realize,
The Golden Place of love.
For here there is no sadness,
Just everlasting light.
Someday we will be joined again,
When it’s time to take your flight.
Another little life has gone
To be with Jesus up above.
He held out his gentle arms
And wrapped you in them with love.
Mummy do not cry so hard,
Daddy do not weep,
I was not strong enough to stay,
That's why I went to sleep.
I will be your shining star
The brightest in the sky.
I will watch you from above
So please, please don't cry.
I will always be with you.
So talk to me, call my name.
I will never leave you on your own,
Until we're together again.
I pray You’ll tell my baby, Lord,
That I still love her so,
And maybe kiss her on his cheek
So that her face will glow.
Please hold her little hand for me,
And never let him fall.
And gently whisper in her ear,
I miss her most of all.
And would you also give to her
A teddy with a tear?
And let her know that thoughts of her
Still fill my heart with cheer.
I know that You’ll watch over her
And keep her in Your care.
And when my life on earth is done,
Please let me join her there
